If you change your mind, you can return your unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Return

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Items

  Place the unused yarn, needles, and patterns back into the original eco-friendly packaging.

• 3.
  Ship Package

  Affix the provided return label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 days.
